Structured Threat Information eXpression
STIX and TAXII are standards developed developed by The MITRE Corporation, a US based non-profit, to aid in the dissemination and utilisation of cybersecurity threat intelligence. STIX represents the “what” of threat intelligence, while TAXII defines “how” that information is relayed. STIX and TAXII are machine-readable, standardised data and do not require parsing to systems using these formats.
